Key Requirements
Position: Business Development Associate
Location- Gurugram (In-Office)
Experience: 6 months to 5 years of Inside Sales experience
Industry preference (sales): Edtech, Ecommerce, Banking, Insurance or related B2C
Timing & shift: 10 am to 8 pm, 6 working days | Sunday off
Languages: English + Hindi
Roles & Responsibilities As a Business Development Associate, you will do:
Student Counseling: Advise prospective students about Airblack's courses through various communication channels
Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive enrollment numbers and contribute to revenue targets by converting leads into course participants
Event Participation: Be an active part of counseling sessions, admissions events, and tele-calling initiatives to boost enrollment
