Business Development Executive/ Sale Executive/Telesale

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Tele sales Executive (Real Estate) to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining property details, generating leads, scheduling site visits, and assisting the sales team in closing property deals.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.

Explain property details, pricing, and project benefits to customers.

Generate and qualify leads through tele calling.

Schedule site visits and coordinate with the field sales team.

Maintain a database of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.

Follow up with interested clients for property bookings.

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Required Skills

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of real estate sales process (preferred).

Ability to handle customer objections effectively.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Qualifications

Graduate / Undergraduate (Any Stream).

Experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer support is preferred.
