**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Business Development Manager to drive business growth, retain clients, manage government tenders, and independently approach corporate clients for business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, the ability to work independently, and a proven track record in client servicing. Prior experience in the **advertising and marketing industry** is preferred.
**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Independent Working:** Work autonomously while staying aligned with company goals and objectives.
- **Market Research:** Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
**Requirements:**
- Proven **experience in sales and marketing**, preferably in the advertising & marketing industry.
- Strong **client servicing skills** with the ability to manage relationships effectively.
- Experience in handling **government tenders** and corporate sales.
- Excellent networking and **resourceful industry contacts**.
- Ability to **independently approach corporate clients** and secure projects.
- Strong **lead generation** and deal-closing skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working **independently**.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to strategize and execute sales plans effectively.
