Position Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Sector 50, Gurgaon

Reporting To: Sales Head / Business Head

About the Company: We are a fast-growing Workforce Management / Contractual Staffing organization with Pan-India footprints, delivering end-to-end workforce management (Staffing & Executive Search) solutions across industries. We are expanding our sales team to accelerate business growth and deepen client partnerships.

Role Purpose: The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and supporting the entire sales cycle from lead generation to first billing.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation – internet research, social media outreach, references, and client visits.
  • Gather market intelligence on clients and competitors.
  • Build strong prospective clients pipeline.
  • Identify decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
  • Prepare and send proposals and commercial costing.
  • Maintain sales funnel using data sheets and CRM tools.
  • Organize meetings between Sales Head / Senior Leadership and client stakeholders.
  • Negotiation and finalization of commercial and contractual terms.
  • Contract/Agreement signing.Primary point of contact until realization of first month’s billing.
  • Actively participate in mobilization and client onboarding to ensure smooth deployment and high client satisfaction.

Skills &Competencies·:

  • 0-5 years B2B sales experience (fresher’s with excellent attitude will also do)
  • Preferably with strong B2B network
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment will be an added advantage
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Odoo will be an added advantage
  • Experience with LinkedIn Navigator, email marketing tools, or digital outreach platforms preferred.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate / MBA preferred.

Compensation & Other Details:       

  • CTC: Up to ₹ 6 Lakhs per annum (including variable ) + Lucrative Sales Incentives.
  • Work-from-office role with a 6-day week (one Saturday off)
  • Role involves local travel, intense work environment, and target-driven performance expectations.
