Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and/or international automobile markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, OEMs, and key clients
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for senior management
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize sales strategies
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
  • Required Skills & Qualifications bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5–10 years of experience in business development or sales within the automobile industry
  • Strong understanding of automotive products, market dynamics, and dealer networks
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
