Job Description
- Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and/or international automobile markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, OEMs, and key clients
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for senior management
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize sales strategies
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
- Required Skills & Qualifications bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5–10 years of experience in business development or sales within the automobile industry
- Strong understanding of automotive products, market dynamics, and dealer networks
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
