Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) for Field Sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, meeting clients in the field, achieving sales targets, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through field visits, references, and networking

Meet potential clients and explain company products/services

Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Identify new business opportunities in assigned territory

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports

Ensure revenue generation as per company goals
