Job Description


🎯 Key Responsibilities:



  • Generate new business from:
  • Real estate developers
  • Builders
  • MEP consultants
  • PMC companies
  • Architects

  • Arrange meetings with decision-makers (Directors, Project Heads, MEP Consultants)
  • Get our company registered in new vendor lists
  • Track upcoming residential & commercial projects
  • Coordinate with estimation & operations team for tender submissions
  • Build long-term relationships with consultants and developers
  • Achieve monthly sales targets






💼 Required Skills:



  • Strong network in Delhi NCR real estate / MEP industry
  • Experience in fire fighting / HVAC / plumbing / electrical contracting preferred
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Self-driven & target oriented
  • Ability to independently generate leads (cold calling + field visits)
