Job Description
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business from:
- Real estate developers
- Builders
- MEP consultants
- PMC companies
- Architects
- Arrange meetings with decision-makers (Directors, Project Heads, MEP Consultants)
- Get our company registered in new vendor lists
- Track upcoming residential & commercial projects
- Coordinate with estimation & operations team for tender submissions
- Build long-term relationships with consultants and developers
- Achieve monthly sales targets
💼 Required Skills:
- Strong network in Delhi NCR real estate / MEP industry
- Experience in fire fighting / HVAC / plumbing / electrical contracting preferred
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Self-driven & target oriented
- Ability to independently generate leads (cold calling + field visits)
