🔑 Key Responsibilities:

- *Build & manage* a high-quality database of prospective luxury buyers & investors

- *Conduct site visits* – walk clients through the project, explain features, lifestyle, ROI

- *Own social media* – manage Instagram, create engaging content, run paid campaigns, track performance ¹

- *Drive digital marketing* – leverage Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube for lead generation & branding ¹

- *Telephonic & face-to-face communication* – smooth, persuasive, client-centric

- *Market intelligence* – stay ahead of Gurgaon’s luxury real estate trends, competitor moves, pricing

💼 What We Look For:

- *5+ years* in real estate BDM role, preferably luxury residential/commercial

- *Gurgaon-centric* network + deep understanding of sectors like Golf Course Road, DLF, Sohna Road

- *Social media savviness* – proven ability to grow followers, drive inquiries via Instagram/Facebook ¹

- *Excellent verbal & written communication* – confident, articulate, client-focused

- *Tech-savvy* – comfortable with CRM tools, Excel, basic analytics, digital ad platforms ²

- *Self-starter* – proactive, target-driven, with a knack for closing deals
