Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Sales Executive with experience in Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) services. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of EHS standards and the ability to generate and convert business opportunities across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for EHS services (audits, training, compliance, health & safety programs)
• Engage with corporate clients, industries, and institutions to promote EHS solutions
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal submissions
• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
• Coordinate with technical teams for service delivery

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in sales/business development in EHS or related domain
• Good knowledge of EHS regulations, compliance standards, and safety practices
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented

Preferred:

• Experience working with industries, factories, or corporate clients
• Candidates with own laptop and conveyance will be preferred
