Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Develop customized digital marketing solutions (Social Media, Google Ads, SEO, Website Development, etc.) based on client needs.
• Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospects.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Design, and Strategy) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain records of sales, pipeline, and client communication using CRM tools.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
• Represent Busispark in client meetings, networking events, and business forums.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Business Development / Sales within Digital Marketing, Advertising, or IT industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and business growth strategies.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets under deadlines.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and performance-driven individual.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital communication tools.
