About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive with prior experience in HR staffing or recruitment consultancy. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, an understanding of client acquisition in the HR domain, and the ability to build lasting business relationships.

• Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HR staffing and recruitment space.
• Generate leads, pitch services, and convert prospects into clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Coordinate with the recruitment delivery team to fulfill client hiring needs.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and client reports.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–3 years of experience in business development / client acquisition in an HR staffing consultancy.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong local network in the Gurgaon / Delhi NCR area preferred.
