Business Development Manager (BDM)

We need a sharp, driven Exhibition Sales Manager to help us build our national and international client pipeline and close deals that put companies on the global stage.

What You'll Do:

→ Identify and prospect Indian companies planning to exhibit at international trade shows

→ Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn

→ Build and manage a pipeline of exhibition clients across sectors

→ Pitch TrackExhibits' services and close deals end-to-end

→ Develop relationships with exhibition organizers, freight companies, and industry partners

→ Work closely with the design and operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding

→ Track outreach activity and report on pipeline progress weekly

What We're Looking For:

→ 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing

→ Prior experience in the exhibitions, events, or related industry is a strong plus

→ Excellent communication skills — English and Hindi

→ Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting

→ Self-starter who can work independently and hit targets

→ Hunger to grow in a fast-moving, international environment
