Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and relationship-oriented Business Development Associate who will take the lead in building strategic partnerships for Omsorg’s elder care services and living facilities. The role demands a mix of field relationship-building, networking, and strategic outreach — ideal for someone who enjoys creating meaningful collaborations that directly impact business growth.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, engage, and onboard hospitals, physiotherapy clinics, senior citizen clubs, doctors, labs, and corporate wellness programs as referral or partnership sources.
  • Build and maintain a strong B2B network that generates inbound leads and collaborations for Omsorg home care and assisted living offerings.
  • Develop partnership proposals and presentations tailored to healthcare and wellness institutions.
  • Plan and execute community and marketing tie-ups (e.g., health camps, club demos, awareness sessions).
  • Track leads, partnership conversions, and relationship metrics using CRM or reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment of outreach efforts with brand goals.
  • Represent Omsorg at relevant events, healthcare forums, and exhibitions.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or healthcare marketing (senior care, hospital, or wellness sector preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Hindi.
  • Strong ability to develop trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to drive partnership-based lead generation.
  • Comfortable working independently in a field/outreach role.
