Business Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Business Operations Manager to work directly with the CEO and support the management of multiple businesses. This role requires someone who can act as the CEO’s right hand, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and taking ownership of tasks in the CEO’s absence. The candidate should be comfortable handling both strategic responsibilities and operational work, while coordinating across different business verticals.

Key Responsibilities

·      Work closely with the CEO to manage and streamline business operations.

·      Oversee and coordinate activities across multiple business ventures and locations.

·      Act as a central point of coordination between teams, vendors, partners, and stakeholders.

·      Track important tasks, documentation, and follow-ups.

·      Ensure timely execution of tasks, projects, and business commitments.

·      Handle problem-solving, coordination, and decision-making for operational matters.

·      Prepare reports, updates, and maintain organized records for the CEO.

·      Take ownership of both small operational details and larger business responsibilities.

·      Be capable of independently managing and executing specific projects when required.

·      Support the CEO in setting up and launching new business initiatives when needed.

Requirements

·      3–6 years of experience in business operations, executive support, or management roles.

·      Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

·      Ability to handle multiple businesses and responsibilities simultaneously.

·      High level of trustworthiness, discretion, and accountability.

·      Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

·      Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

Additional Requirements

·      Travel may be required depending on business needs.

·      The candidate may need to visit and stay at different locations for a few days when required.

·      Should be capable of handling projects independently and ensuring successful execution.

·      Should be able to assist in setting up and managing new business ventures from scratch.
