• Cut, trim, and prepare meat (beef, poultry, lamb, etc.) according to specifications
• Operate tools and equipment such as knives, grinders, and saws safely
• Inspect meat for quality, freshness, and proper storage conditions
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in compliance with health regulations
• Package, label, and display products attractively
• Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or spoilage
• Follow all safety and food handling procedures

🎯 RequirementsProven

• experience as a butcher or similar role
• Knowledge of meat cuts, preparation techniques, and food safety standards
• Ability to use cutting tools and equipment safely
• Strong attention to detail and hygiene
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
• Good communication and customer service skills
