We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Kitchen Head to lead production at our facility.

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Crew Member to join our café team. As a Crew Member at Dohful, you’ll be the face of our brand—serving not just exceptional coffee and beverages but also our signature cookies with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages.
• Ensure every cup and cookie served meets Dohful’s quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment.
• Greet customers warmly, answer their questions, and make personalized recommendations.
• Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with restocking, inventory checks, and maintaining equipment.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and a great customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a crew memeber or in a customer-facing role in F&B is preferred but not mandatory.
• Passionate about coffee, cookies, and creating happy customer moments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
