We pride ourselves on crafting exquisite products using only high-quality natural ingredients, free from any artificial additives. Our menu features unique ice cream flavors like Kulfi Inspired (Eggless), Bean-to-Bar 70% Dark Chocolate (Eggless), and Rose Cardamom (Eggless), alongside classic desserts such as our Classic Tiramisu (Egg Preparation) and Boston Cream Pie (Egg Preparation). We are committed to providing a pure, authentic, and delicious experience to our customers.

Role Summary: The Cafe Team Member is a vital part of the Dach & Nona experience, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving our artisanal products, and maintaining the cleanliness and inviting atmosphere of our cafe. This role requires a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and a passion for our brand's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Excellence:

• Warmly greet and assist all customers, providing a friendly and welcoming environment.
• Effectively communicate product information, including ingredients, preparation methods (e.g., "Egg Preparation" for Tiramisu/Boston Cream Pie, "Eggless" for Kulfi Inspired Ice Cream), and brand values.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by going the extra mile.
• Product Preparation & Service:
• Prepare and serve various coffee and beverage items according to Dach & Nona's standards.
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items, including daily specials and seasonal offerings.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.

• Cafe Operations & Maintenance:
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting cafe environment, including dining areas, service counters, and restrooms
• Assist with opening and closing procedures of the cafe.
• Operate and clean cafe equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor product quality and report any issues to management.

• Team Collaboration:
• Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate proactively with team members and management.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in a cafe, hospitality, or customer service role preferred.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Honest and Hard working
