Call Center Executive

We are looking for a motivated and confident Call Center Executive to join our team. The main responsibility of this role is to communicate with potential customers, process incoming leads, and support the sales team by scheduling meetings with clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads from potential customers
• Contact clients by phone and respond to incoming calls
• Provide clear information about the company’s services
• Conduct initial consultations with clients (pre-sales communication)
• Identify client needs and explain suitable solutions
• Schedule meetings for the sales team in the calendar
• Maintain accurate information in the database
• Occasionally make calls to potential clients from existing contact lists
• Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers

Requirements

• Strong confidence and communication skills
• Good command of English
• Good command of Hindi
• Confident computer skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Sales experience or strong interest in sales
• Ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with customers
• Responsible, organized, and proactive attitude
