Call Center Operations & MIS Manager
π― Role Objective:Manage call center operations, track performance data, and improve team productivity & sales conversions.
π Key Responsibilities:
- Track daily calls: received, answered, missed, abandoned
- Prepare daily MIS reports (calls, performance, conversions)
- Monitor telecaller attendance, login hours & productivity
- Ensure minimum missed calls and quick response to leads
- Track and improve conversion rates
- Train team on calling & closing
- Monitor call quality and recordings
- Identify top/low performers and take action

- Call Answer Rate
- Missed Call %
- Conversion %
- Team Productivity
- Daily Revenue
π Requirements:
- Experience in call center / telecalling operations
- Good Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
- Strong team handling + sales mindset
- Basic CRM/Dialer understanding
