Call Center Operations & MIS Manager

🎯 Role Objective:Manage call center operations, track performance data, and improve team productivity & sales conversions.

  • Track daily calls: received, answered, missed, abandoned
  • Prepare daily MIS reports (calls, performance, conversions)
  • Monitor telecaller attendance, login hours & productivity
  • Ensure minimum missed calls and quick response to leads
  • Track and improve conversion rates
  • Train team on calling & closing
  • Monitor call quality and recordings
  • Identify top/low performers and take action
