Job Description
- Operations Management: Oversee daily activities, including vehicle scheduling, routing, and dispatch to maximize efficiency.
- Maintenance Coordination: Schedule preventative maintenance and manage repairs to minimize downtime.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure vehicles and drivers comply with regulations (licenses, registrations, insurance) and safety standards.
- Driver Management: Recruit, train, and manage driver behavior, including monitoring attendance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Cost Control & Analysis: Analyze fleet data (fuel consumption, telematics) to reduce expenses and improve efficiency.
- Asset Management: Procure new vehicles and manage the disposal of old assets
