Reporting To:Site Supervisor / Project Manager

Location:Project Sites (Multiple Locations)

1. Job PurposeThe Carpenter is responsible for carrying out all carpentry-related work at project sites, including fabrication, installation, and finishing of wooden structures and fixtures, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret drawings, layouts, and specifications

• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials
• Install furniture, doors, partitions, panels, and fittings
• Carry out repair and maintenance of wooden structures
• Ensure proper finishing and alignment of carpentry work
• Coordinate with site supervisors and other teams (civil, electrical, etc.)
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies at site

3. Skills & RequirementsBasic understanding of carpentry tools and techniques

• Ability to read drawings and measurements accurately
• Knowledge of materials like plywood, laminates, MDF, etc.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to work on-site under deadlines

4. Qualification & ExperienceMinimum qualification: ITI / Skilled Carpenter / Relevant Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in carpentry work (interior fit-out preferred)

1. कार्य का उद्देश्य (Job Purpose)बढ़ई का मुख्य कार्य प्रोजेक्ट साइट पर सभी प्रकार के लकड़ी से संबंधित कार्य जैसे निर्माण, इंस्टॉलेशन और फिनिशिंग को गुणवत्ता और समय सीमा के अनुसार पूरा करना है।

2. मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities)ड्रॉइंग और डिजाइन को समझकर काम करना

• लकड़ी और अन्य सामग्री को मापना, काटना और जोड़ना
• दरवाजे, फर्नीचर, पार्टिशन, पैनल आदि की फिटिंग करना
• लकड़ी के स्ट्रक्चर की मरम्मत और मेंटेनेंस करना
• काम की गुणवत्ता और फिनिशिंग सुनिश्चित करना
• साइट पर अन्य टीमों (सिविल, इलेक्ट्रिकल आदि) के साथ समन्वय करना
• उपकरणों और टूल्स की देखभाल करना
• सुरक्षा नियमों और कंपनी की नीतियों का पालन करना

3. आवश्यक कौशल (Skills & Requirements)बढ़ईगीरी के टूल्स और तकनीकों का ज्ञान

• माप और ड्रॉइंग को सही तरीके से समझने की क्षमता
• प्लाईवुड, लैमिनेट, MDF आदि सामग्री का ज्ञान
• बारीकी से काम करने की क्षमता
• समय सीमा में काम पूरा करने की क्षमता

4. योग्यता एवं अनुभव (Qualification & Experience)न्यूनतम योग्यता: ITI / अनुभवी बढ़ई

• 1–2 वर्ष का अनुभव (इंटीरियर फिट-आउट का अनुभव वांछनीय)
