Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily carpentry work at site or factory and ensure timely task execution.
• Interpret and execute technical drawings, BOQs, and work instructions accurately.
• Allocate manpower and resources as per project timelines and site priorities.
• Inspect materials, tools, and workmanship to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other trade teams.
• Train, guide, and monitor a team of 10–20 carpenters/laborers.
• Maintain daily work reports, labor productivity, and material usage records.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of carpentry tools and machines.
• Enforce safety practices and site discipline among team members.
• Resolve technical or on-site carpentry challenges with minimal escalation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in modular furniture, wooden frameworks, partitions, panels, doors, etc.
• Ability to read and work from AutoCAD/shop drawings.
• Strong team leadership, discipline enforcement, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic record-keeping and site communication in Hindi and/or English.
• Physically fit and able to manage site mobility and tasks hands-on.
• ITI/Diploma in Carpentry or equivalent will be better.
