Job Description
Job Title: Receptionist cum Cashier – Go-Karting Track (Gurgaon)
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
Job Type: Full-time | Rotational Shifts
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and manage walk-ins & bookings
- Handle cash, UPI, card payments, and billing
- Issue tickets, wristbands, and maintain records
- Provide information about karting packages & safety rules
- Coordinate with track team for session timings
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front desk
Requirements:
- 12th pass/Graduate
- 1–2 years’ experience in customer service or cashiering
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Basic computer and billing software knowledge
- Positive attitude and ability to handle crowds
