Catering & Crockery Service Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and execute catering operations smoothly at event sites

• Set up buffet arrangements, food display, and service counters

• Manage crockery rental and crockery service, including handling and inventory checks

• Supervise setup and dismantling before and after events

• Coordinate with catering staff, helpers, and vendors on-site

• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food presentation standards are maintained

• Understand client requirements and ensure timely, quality service delivery

• Control breakage, loss, and misuse of crockery and equipment

• Verify stock and prepare basic reports after each event
