Job Description
- Installation & Configuration: Installing IP cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and software, including running cables and setting up monitoring stations.
- Maintenance & Repair: Conducting routine inspections and servicing to prevent system downtime.
- Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving networking issues (TCP/IP), camera malfunctions, and recording errors.
- System Optimization: Upgrading surveillance software and hardware for better security coverage.
- Technical Documentation: Maintaining accurate logs of system maintenance, repairs, and network configurations.
- Client Support: Providing training to end-users on how to operate the CCTV system.
