Job Description
- Required Skills & QualificationsBasic understanding of CCTV operations (DVR/NVR, IP cameras).
- Good observation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CCTV software).
- Strong communication and report-writing skills.
- Prior experience in warehouse/logistics/security monitoring preferred.
- Key Responsibilities
- 1. CCTV Monitoring & Operations
- Monitor live CCTV feeds to track daily activities across the premises.
- Identify and report unusual activities, operational gaps, or violations.
- Do 24/7 surveillance rotation if required.
- 2. Incident Detection & Reporting
- Raise immediate alerts during security breaches, accidents, or unauthorized movements.
- Prepare daily/incident reports with accurate timestamps and footage references.
- Coordinate with security, warehouse, HR, or management teams during incidents.
- 3. Footage Management
- Retrieve, store, and share CCTV footage as per SOPs.
- Maintain footage logs and ensure timely backup.
- Follow strict confidentiality protocols.
- 4. Equipment Handling
- Ensure all cameras, NVR/DVR systems, monitors, and connectivity are functioning.
- Report camera downtime, blind spots, or technical issues to IT/maintenance team.
- 5. Compliance & Safety Monitoring
- Track SOP compliance (PPE usage, vehicle movement, docking procedures, etc.).
- Report deviations or unsafe behavior to respective departments.
- Support audits by providing required footage or data.
