As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Centre Manager to lead one of our centres to new heights!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Lead, train, and motivate the team for top performance.
• Drive sales and revenue through promotions, upselling, and events.
• Oversee maintenance, stock, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards.
• Plan and execute events and activities to boost engagement.
• Track performance metrics and report to senior management.

Who We’re Looking For

• Graduate with 3+ years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or entertainment.
• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills (English & Hindi).
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
