We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented Channel Sales professionals to expand and manage our partner ecosystem. This role involves developing relationships with resellers, system integrators, and distribution partners to drive revenue growth.

๐น Role Responsibilities
๐ข Fresher / Junior Level (0โ1 Year)
*Identify and onboard new channel partners
*Support senior team in partner meetings and coordination
*Assist in sales order processing and follow-ups
*Maintain partner database and CRM records
*Learn product portfolio and partner engagement strategies
๐ก Mid-Level (2โ5 Years)
*Manage and grow existing channel partner network
*Drive secondary sales through partner ecosystem
*Achieve revenue and margin targets
*Conduct partner meetings and product briefings
*Coordinate with OEMs and internal teams for deal closures
๐ด Senior Level (5+ Years)
*Develop channel sales strategy for assigned territory
*Handle key partners and strategic alliances
*Drive large-value partner-led deals
*Lead negotiations and revenue planning
*Mentor junior channel sales team members
*Forecast sales and manage partner pipeline
๐ Skills & Qualifications
*Graduate (MBA preferred)
*Strong relationship management & negotiation skills
*B2B / Channel sales mindset
*IT Infrastructure sales experience preferred (for mid & senior levels)
*CRM & MS Office proficiency
*Target-driven and performance-focused attitude
