Chartered Accountant – Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong expertise in private equity, personal finance, and corporate accounting. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of accounting laws, financial structuring, and compliance, with the ability to manage diverse financial responsibilities with clarity and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee company accounts, personal accounts, and group financial structures
• Handle private equity transactions, investment structuring, and fund flow management
• Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow analysis
• Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements
• Manage direct and indirect taxation including income tax, GST, TDS, and filings
• Conduct financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, banks, and regulatory authorities
• Identify financial risks and provide strategic advisory for business decisions
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and strong financial discipline across all accounts

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of private equity, investments, and financial structuring
• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance frameworks
• Experience in handling both corporate and personal financial portfolios
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ownership mindset
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment
