Chartered Accountant

A. We are hiring fresher/ experienced CA/ CMA or experienced semi qualified CA/ CMA for our internal audit team. The candidate must have following abilities:

1. Must be updated with applicable laws, regulations (e.g. Income Tax Act, GST, etc) and accounting standards (AS/ Ind AS) in current scenario.
2. Must be efficient to understand the standard policies or procedures being followed by the auditee and deviations.
3. Day to day assigning of work to other team members, guiding them and checking their work on daily basis.
4. Draft observations in self-explanatory manner duly supported with evidence.
5. Discussion with client team to resolve observations to provide workable suggestions and finally drafting of reports.

B. We are hiring fresher/ experienced CA/ CMA or experienced semi qualified CA/ CMA/ B.Com for our routine office work. The candidate must have following abilities:

1. Must be updated with applicable laws, regulations (e.g. Income Tax Act, GST, etc) and accounting standards in current scenario.
2. Must be capable of closing of books of accounts.
3. Must have experience in drafting and finalizing financial statements of LLPs, Companies and others.
4. Must have experience to operate Compu tax, preparation of computations and filing of income tax returns, Tax Audit forms and other forms.
5. Must have experience to operate Compu tax, preparation and filing of TDS returns.
6. Day to day assigning of work to other team members, guiding them and checking their work on daily basis.
7. Must have experience to operate Compu tax, reconciliation, preparation and filing of various GST returns and forms.
8. Must have experience in preparation of various ROC documents and filing of forms like name approval, incorporation, annual filing, DIN form, KYC etc at small level of entities.

CAs/ Semi-qualified CAs are required for auditing, accounting and taxation profile are required. Experienced Candidates from Gurgaon are preferred.
