Job Description
- Conduct Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Internal Audits, and Limited Reviews.
- Preparing audit documentation, working papers, and audit reports.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS / AS) and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review Income Tax Returns, TDS Returns, and GST Returns.
- Assist with Tax Assessments, queries, and client representations.
- Ensure compliance with GST legislation, including reconciliation and audits.
- Maintain and oversee books of accounts for clients using accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.).
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.
- Support in ROC/MCA compliances and preparation of statutory documents.
- Communicate with clients to resolve queries and provide professional guidance.
- Working knowledge of cloud-based accounting systems.
