Role Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented person to handle payment schedules, bills, and purchasing records, ensuring smooth financial and purchase-related operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare and track payment schedules (advance, balance, due dates)
• Maintain and organize bills, invoices, and receipts
• Record and monitor purchase entries and vendor payments
• Maintain purchase records and expense data accurately
• Coordinate with vendors for bills, payments, and follow-ups
• Ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions
• Support basic accounting and record-keeping activities
• Required Skills:Basic knowledge of billing and payment processes
• Good record-keeping and documentation skills
• Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow timelines and payment deadlines
• Preferred (Optional):Experience in accounts, purchase, or admin role
• Basic understanding of GST invoices
