About the Role


We are building a new team to support Xfinity/Comcast Chat Sales. As an Inbound Chat Sales Agent, you will engage with customers via online chat to provide product support, resolve questions, and most importantly, drive sales growth. This is a fast-paced sales environment with clear goals, structured training, and opportunities to earn uncapped incentives.

Key Responsibilities


Handle inbound customer chat inquiries with professionalism and urgency.


Pitch and promote Xfinity Mobile on every eligible chat while addressing customer needs.


Identify customer needs, present solutions, and upsell/cross-sell products.


Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for sales, quality, and productivity.


Adhere to company quality expectations, compliance standards, and call handling procedures.


Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.


Demonstrate strong written communication; use speech-to-text tools as needed.


Stay adaptable to changing promotions, policies, and performance expectations.

Qualifications


Previous call center, sales, or customer service experience preferred, but not required.


Proficient in typing and multitasking across multiple systems.


Strong communication and problem-solving skills.


Ability to thrive in a high-paced sales environment.


Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a 7-day-a-week operation.


Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
