Job Title: Customer Service Associate International Chat

Location: Gurugram (Gurgaon)

Shifts: Rotational (including night shift)

Job Description

• The CSA will provide professional customer support to international clients via chat and email, ensuring high-quality service and resolution of inquiries across various time zones on rotating shifts.{Min 1 year of experience in international chat support is Mandatory }

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries through chat and email channels.
• Offer accurate product or service information as per client requirements.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex matters to support teams when necessary.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and update the CRM system.
• Achieve established customer service performance targets (response time, satisfaction, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution and process improvements.

Requirements

• Excellent written English communication and good typing speed .
• Minimum qualification: Graduate or undergraduate with relevant customer service skills.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts covering international time zones, including nights and weekends.
• Min 1 years of experience in international chat support.
• Familiarity with CRM/customer service software and multitasking abilities.
