Role Overview

You will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of dishes spanning 20+ global cuisines — from Lebanese and Mexican to Thai and Indo-Fusion. The Lemon Bowl is known for the taste, consistency, and freshness of its food, and you will be a key guardian of that standard.

Key Responsibilities

•       Prepare and cook dishes as per The Lemon Bowl's standardised recipes across global cuisine categories

•       Ensure consistent taste, texture, and portion size with every preparation

•       Plan and manage daily prep work based on order volume

•       Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and FSSAI-compliant food safety standards at all times

•       Monitor ingredient freshness and inform the team of stock requirements in advance

•       Assist in development of new menu items and seasonal specials

•       Read and follow written recipe cards (in English); communicate progress in Hindi

•       Coordinate with the plating team to ensure timely dispatch

Skills & Requirements

•       Minimum 2–3 years of cooking experience in a professional kitchen or catering setup

•       Familiarity with at least one cuisine

•       Hindi as primary communication language

•       Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI norms

•       Team player with a reliable and punctual work ethic
