Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of wood-fired pizzas as per standard recipes

• Manage and operate the wood-fired oven, including temperature control and fire maintenance
• Prepare pizza dough from scratch, including fermentation and portioning
• Ensure proper mise en place for pizza station (sauces, toppings, cheeses, etc.)
• Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
• Monitor food quality and ensure all dishes meet brand standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area as per FSSAI guidelines
• Assist in inventory control and report stock shortages
• Minimize wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients
• Work efficiently during high-volume service periods
• Follow kitchen safety standards and procedures

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (wood-fired pizza experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of pizza dough preparation and fermentation techniques
• Experience handling a wood-fired oven is a must
• Understanding of Italian cuisine basics is an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
