Job Overview:- We are looking for passionate and skilled kitchen professionals for the roles of Chef de Partie (CDP), Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP), Commis 1, and Commis 2 to join our growing kitchen team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, maintaining quality standards, and supporting smooth kitchen operations.

• Experience RequiredCommis 2: Minimum 1 year experience
• Commis 1: Minimum 2 years experience
• DCDP: Minimum 3–4 years experience
• CDP: Minimum 4–5 years experience
• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook dishes according to company recipes and standards.
• Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation of food.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
• Manage assigned kitchen section (for CDP/DCDP roles).
• Support inventory management and proper storage of ingredients.
• Follow food safety and health regulations at all times.
• Work effectively with the kitchen team during service hours.
• Preferred SkillsKnowledge of kitchen operations and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Experience in Pan Asian / Indian / multi-cuisine kitchens will be an advantage.

• सीनियर शेफ को रोज़मर्रा के किचन ऑपरेशन में सहायता देना।
• CDP/DCDP रोल में किचन के एक सेक्शन को संभालना।
• किचन स्टॉक और सामग्री के सही स्टोरेज में सहयोग करना।
• फूड सेफ्टी और हेल्थ नियमों का पालन करना।
• सर्विस के दौरान किचन टीम के साथ मिलकर काम करना।
• पसंदीदा स्किल्सकिचन ऑपरेशन और कुकिंग टेक्निक्स की अच्छी जानकारी।
• तेज़ और व्यस्त किचन वातावरण में काम करने की क्षमता।
• टीम के साथ काम करने और अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन स्किल।
