Chef De Partie

We’re looking for a talented Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our kitchen team! If you’re passionate about Continental cuisine, have hands-on expertise in authentic Neapolitan pizzas, and take pride in plating & presentation, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute a variety of Continental dishes
• Craft authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas (dough, fermentation, baking)
• Ensure high standards of plating and visual presentation
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and hygiene standards
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Collaborate with the head chef and kitchen team

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CDP or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine
• Expertise in Neapolitan pizza techniques
• Excellent eye for plating, aesthetics, and detail
• Ability to handle pressure and maintain consistency
• Passion for food and creativity in presentation
