Position Summary : A Chinese Chef is responsible for preparing authentic Chinese cuisine, ensuring high-quality food production, maintaining kitchen hygiene standards, and contributing to menu development. The role requires expertise in traditional and modern Chinese cooking techniques, ingredient knowledge, and efficient kitchen operations.

• Key Responsibilities : Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes (e.g., Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, or regional specialties).
• Ensure authenticity in taste, presentation, and cooking methods.
• Plan menus and create new recipes in line with restaurant standards.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff.
• Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation.
