Job Title: Chinese Chef

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chinese Chef to prepare authentic and high-quality Chinese cuisine while maintaining consistency, taste, and presentation standards. The candidate will be responsible for kitchen operations related to the Chinese section and ensuring smooth service during operational hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook Chinese dishes as per standard recipes and portion guidelines.
• Ensure quality, taste, and presentation of all food items.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness as per FSSAI standards.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely requisitions.
• Minimize wastage and control food cost.
• Train and guide junior kitchen staff.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain kitchen discipline.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chinese Chef (Commi/CDP level as applicable).
• Strong knowledge of sauces, wok cooking, and authentic Chinese flavors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Team player with good time management skills.
