Civil Engineer

About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our operations and inspection team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site inspections, repair assessment, quality checks, project coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of civil and maintenance works.

• Key Responsibilities1. Site Inspections & AssessmentsConduct home inspection, leakage/seepage inspection, and structural checks.
• Identify defects, damages, and repair requirements (civil, plumbing, waterproofing, etc.).
• Prepare inspection reports with accurate observations, photos, and recommendations.
• 2. Project Execution & CoordinationSupervise repair & renovation work such as flooring, tiling, waterproofing, plastering, painting, and carpentry.
• Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and contractors to ensure timely task execution.
• Verify material quality and adherence to company standards.
• 3. Quality ControlEnsure work is performed as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor workmanship and resolve site issues proactively.
• Conduct final quality checks before closure.
• 4. Client InteractionCommunicate inspection findings and repair solutions clearly to customers.
• Provide on-site technical explanations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain professionalism and brand representation at all times.
• 5. Documentation & ReportingCreate site measurement sheets, BOQs, and material requirement reports.
• Update job status in the Field Service App / CRM.
• Maintain before-after photo records.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of civil engineering fundamentals.
• Experience in building inspection, site execution, or maintenance work.
• Understanding of waterproofing, plumbing basics, and structural defects.
• Ability to read drawings and prepare estimates/BOQs.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Familiarity with mobile apps for inspection/reporting (training will be provided).
