Civil Foreman

Job Title: Civil ForemanExperience Required: 15-20 Years (or as per project requirement)

Qualification: Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred)

Job Location: Project Site

• Job Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil construction activities at site
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Manage and guide site workers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower and materials efficiently
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works
• Check levels, alignment, and dimensions of civil works (RCC, masonry, plaster, finishing, etc.)
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and construction materials
• Maintain site records such as daily progress reports and material consumption
• Enforce safety norms and ensure a safe working environment at site
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other departments
• Key Skills & Requirements:Strong knowledge of civil construction practices and methods
• Experience in RCC, formwork, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing works
• Ability to read and understand civil drawings and bar bending schedules
• Good leadership and team-handling skills
• Basic knowledge of quality control and safety procedures
• Willingness to work at site and handle pressure to meet deadlines
• Preferred Candidate Profile:Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects
• Immediate joiners preferred
