Industry Preference: Marketing, Client Servicing, Healthcare (Ophthalmology background preferred)

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Client Coordinator to act as the primary point of contact for assigned client(s). This role requires strong coordination skills, process discipline, and the ability to manage multiple touchpoints while ensuring a seamless client experience. Candidates with prior exposure to healthcare, especially ophthalmology, will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of coordination between the client and internal teams
• Manage day-to-day client communication, follow-ups, and status updates
• Ensure smooth execution of agreed deliverables and timelines
• Track client requests, escalations, and resolutions with clarity and ownership
• Maintain structured documentation, reports, and communication logs
• Support internal teams with accurate client inputs and expectations
• Proactively identify gaps, risks, or delays and flag them early
• Build and sustain long-term client relationships based on trust and reliability

Preferred Background & Skills

• Prior experience in marketing, client servicing, healthcare coordination, Ophthalmology exposure (clinic, hospital, diagnostics, or related services) is a strong advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders calmly and efficiently
• Comfortable working with CRM tools, trackers, and documentation systems
• Professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach
