Relationship Manager (Operations & CRM)

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and support.

Handle day-to-day operational activities related to client accounts.

Ensure smooth coordination between clients, the sales team, and internal departments.

Maintain and update client data, interactions, and follow-ups in CRM.

Track client requests, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.

Monitor service delivery and ensure operational processes are followed.

Prepare reports, dashboards, and client status updates from CRM.

Maintain proper documentation and records of client operations.

Support sales and management with client insights and operational updates.

Required Skills

Strong communication and relationship management skills.

Experience with CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, and HubSpot.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting.

Ability to multitask and manage operational processes efficiently.

Strong problem-solving and client-handling abilities.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

0–2.5 years of experience in Client Relationship, Operations, or CRM roles.
