Job Title: Sales and Client Service Executive


Reports to: Sales Manager/Director


Location: Gurgaon


Job Summary:


We're seeking a results-driven Sales and Client Service Executive to join our team at AVR Retail Solutions Pvt Ltd, a leading retail fit-out company. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. If you're passionate about retail design and construction, and have a knack for sales and client management, we'd love to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:


1. Sales Growth:

  - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the retail sector.

  - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

  - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and company objectives.

2. Client Service:

  - Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met, and issues are resolved promptly.

  - Act as a single point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery.

  - Foster long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements.

3. Project Development:

  - Work closely with the design and project teams to develop bespoke retail fit-out solutions that meet client needs.

  - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.

4. Marketing and Networking:

  - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

  - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.


Requirements:


1. Proven sales experience in a similar industry (retail fit-out, construction, or design).

2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

3. Strong client relationship-building skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.

5. Strong understanding of retail design and construction principles (desirable).
