Job Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
• Manage day‑to‑day client communication, requirements, and follow‑ups
• Understand client briefs and translate them into clear tasks for design and creative teams
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals across multiple projects
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and as per client expectations
• Handle feedback, revisions, and client queries professionally
• Prepare basic proposals, presentations, and status updates
• Support the senior team in client meetings and project planning
• Build long‑term client relationships and ensure client satisfaction

Skills Required

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good understanding of branding, design, and digital marketing processes
• Stellar time-management skills to manage multiple clients and projects at the same time
• Comfortable using email, Excel/Google Sheets, AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini and Canva

Skills That Are a Plus

• Experience working in a branding, design, or advertising agency
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and content workflows
• Experience with project management tools
• Ability to write clear briefs and client communication

Experience & Education

• 5 years of experience in account management or client servicing
• Graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
