We are seeking a motivated CNC Setter Cum Operator to join our team in Gurgaon. This is a full-time position requiring candidates to have between 2 to 4 years of work experience. As a key team member, you will be responsible for Setting and operating CNC machines, ensuring high standards of accuracy and efficiency are maintained.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Setting of CNC machines to complete specific tasks as per design and specification requirements.
• Operate CNC machines meticulously, adhering to safety standards and operation guidelines.
• Interpret blueprints and engineering plans to execute operations efficiently.
• Set up machines by installing and aligning tools, fixtures, and materials to ensure accuracy.
• Perform regular machine inspections and maintenance activities to prevent downtime.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to optimise production processes and output.
• Ensure compliance with all quality standards by conducting quality checks on finished products.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, following safety protocols strictly.

Qualifications and Skills

• CNC Setting with proficiency in understanding software used in machine operations.
• Blueprint Reading to accurately interpret and follow engineering drawings and schematics.
• Experience in Machine Operation to effectively run CNC machinery and troubleshoot common issues that arise during operation.
• Skillful in Machine Setting to accurately configure tools and settings before the commencement of tasks.
• Strong attention to detail ensuring all tasks are completed with precision and high quality.
• Proven analytical skills to assess efficiency and performance, ensuring optimal machine operations.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance related to CNC machinery to perform routine checks and basic repairs.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
