Collection Executive / Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound/inbound calls/emails to discuss overdue accounts, explain payment options, and set up payment plans.
• Use advanced techniques to get payments, resolve disputes, and handle complex cases, maintaining professionalism.
• Monitor accounts, investigate payment history, update records, process payments, and track collection efforts.
• Ensure adherence to debt collection, prepare status reports, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Work with sales, legal, and accounting teams to resolve issues and escalate complex accounts. 

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

• Certifications: Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) certification or similar.
• Experience: Proven background in collections or finance and NBFC.
• Knowledge: Strong grasp of debt collection laws, regulations, and fair practices.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, customer service, time management, and empathy.
• Technical: Proficiency in debt collection software, CRM systems, and MS Office. 
• Languages : Hindi, English, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi Any Other
