Job Summary: The Collection Executive is responsible for following up with customers for overdue loan payments, ensuring timely recovery, and achieving assigned collection targets. The role involves tele-calling, maintaining records, and resolving customer payment issues.

• Key Responsibilities: Follow up with customers for pending and overdue loan payments.
• Handle allocated collection cases and achieve recovery targets.
• Work on DPD buckets (0–30, 30–60, 60–90, 90+).
• Update customer details and payment status in CRM / Excel.
• Negotiate with customers and convince them to make payments.
• Maintain daily follow-up and collection reports.
• Coordinate with Team Leader for escalations.
• Ensure compliance with company collection policies.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Required Skills: Good communication and convincing skills
• Target-oriented and result-focused
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Good negotiation skills
• Ability to handle pressure
• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• Fresher or experienced both can apply
• Experience in NBFC / Banking / Loan Collection preferred

Salary: Fixed Salary + Incentives + Performance Bonus
