Job Description
- Roles & Responsibilities:Follow up with customers for pending payments through calls, emails, and visits.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding dues.
- Maintain accurate records of payments, receipts, and follow-ups.
- Resolve customer payment issues and coordinate with the accounts team.
- Generate daily and monthly collection reports.
- Negotiate payment schedules as per company policy.
- Update customer details and payment status in the system.
- Ensure compliance with company and legal collection guidelines.
- Support the finance team in closing outstanding balances.
- Skills & Requirements:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (Commerce preferred).
- Experience in collections or accounts is an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Polite, confident, and customer-friendly approach.
